Where can our soft play be set up?

Our Soft Play can be set up inside OR outside but the conditions on it being outside are ; the area must be flat, dry and in shade.

How much space do we need to set up?

The minimum size required for our packages is 3m x 3m aside from the Balls of Fun package which needs a 4m x 4m space.

Can we customise our packages?

We have placed our products into packages to allow for the best possible value for our customers. However we try and be flexible where we can so ask away!

How long is the hire period for?

We are a business who hires for families from a family so we like to try and ensure drop off and collection times fit in around your family and ours! Possibly even a sleep over of our equipment at times if this suits both of us.

Do you offer DIY?

Yes we do! We provide you our trailer for DIY to ensure all items fit properly and are stored safely.

Do we take a bond?

Yes! Our bond is $200 and this can be taken as a deposit for your booking. We will return your bond within 48 hours of receiving our soft play back from you. The bond will not be returned if there are any stains that cannot be removed or tears/damage to the equipment or mats. We will provide wipes for you to use if anything gets on the equipment.
